Returns & Exchanges

Our no hassle returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item. If when you receive your order you want to change for a different size, colour, you are not happy with the item or you have just changed your mind, we advise you contact us immediately following the steps below.

OUR RETURNS PROCEDURE 

1.              RETURNS AUTHORISATION

Before returning any item please use the Contact Us box on the right of this screen and specify whether the item being returned is to be exchanged or refunded. If the return is for an exchange, please specify the item that it is to be exchanged for, the size and the colour of the replacement. 

If you are eligible to return an item, we will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number. A returns authorisation code will be issued within 1 working day, though at peak times this can take slightly longer. 

If an item is damaged or faulty, you must retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Sale items will be clearly marked prior to purchasing. You cannot return Sale Items for any reason, so please be aware of this before ordering.

2.              PACKING AND POSTING THE ITEM

Wrap the item securely and attach the cut off returns label we will have emailed you to the front. We advise you keep all proof of postage, and ensure the item you are returning reaches us within 28 days from the date you received your item from us. We offer extended returns deadlines only over the Christmas period.

REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

We will ask you if you would like us to exchange the item (provided it is still available) or refund your payment.
